Negative: Didn’t have a coffee pot. No grill. No place to sit outside in the back yard. Hand towels and bath towels looked old. Not as close to the beach. Place was a little run down for the price we paid. Very loud in the bedroom, air conditioner handler is in the closet.

Quiet and convenient location. We needed to make some adjustments and the manager, Zac, was very helpful.
