This 2nd floor walk-up apartment is as described, not fancy. Typical beach rental accordingly priced. Clean, comfortable beds with great parking and unit access.

Not the cleanliness I was expecting, the couch was badly stained. The toilet seat was broken and I was unable to get WiFi , it would go in and out. Blinds are broken and hanging off.

Overall good location, the space is wide and quiet. The 2 beds help for a family. The unit is a bit older. The couch looks dirty, maybe needs to be replaced. The bedsheets are all clean. Good stay.
