Pool & Hot Tub Home w/ Game Room! 1 Mile to Beach!

Loved it. Thank you for the short notice Positive: The game room / outside area. / two living rooms Negative: Fireplace didn’t work or if it did I did not know how to work it. But did not change my experience in the stay

Host is great and the house is really pretty and clean. Had an issue with the neighbors, they really don’t like to have renters around.

We had a WONDERFUL time. It is great for a family gathering, expecially when family are flying in. Positive: Location was great, quiet neighborhood. The Salt Water pool was wonderful & kept my 8 & 6 year old grandchildren engaged; as did the game room. The kitchen layout was excellent. There were plenty of towels for showers and use outside by the pool, as well as great backyard furniture with good style variety. The size was great and the split level allowed sleeping without disturbance from kitchen or game room. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating for eating. It was too hot outside to use the hot tub ; ( Negative: There was no handrail from entryway to kitchen and dining area. At 78, a hand rail is a must! Younger individuals did fine. The game room stayed at 79 degrees and was musty, due to rain wet carpet at garage door end. The sliding glass to outdoor deck & dining needs repair and is very difficult to open. One must have a strong person lift it to get it to slide. In general it is showing some wear and tear; and doesn't sparkle.

Nice clean home. Would rent again. Positive: Number of bedrooms. Outdoor fire pit. Negative: A lot of stairs with multiple living levels
