Positive: Close to alot of things. Great recommendations left in unit. Negative: Bed was noisy but ok.

Mixed review Positive: i am a seasoned beach traveller. the space was cozy/small but became bit clausterphobic after few days. i had all the amenities i needed. Was easy to find, host was easy to communicate with, ease of walking to many places to eat, shop and visit. the beach always makes life better. i did not have to pay for parking being so close to beach Negative: Unfortunately there were things i did not like. it is a two story house with multiple units. upstairs guest made it hard to relax due to noise. no where to sit outside. it is 4 blocks from beach and i had to cross very busy hwy. the AC unit is up on the wall and had to run continously to keep unit cool, which led to me getting a head cold.

Positive: Convient location

Won't be back, and won't use booking.com anymore. Positive: It was, in fact, blocks from the ocean. Negative: Failed to be informed it's also directly next to a taco bell, on the drive through order side. Also must cross a busy main road to get to the ocean. I didn't have the proper door code to get in when we arrived 100% BOOKING.COM problem with the messaging through app. The place was 1/3 unit with folks upstairs. It was too expensive for what it is.
