Stay was for appointments at Mayo. Loved being close to Jacksonville Beach. Would stay there again. Positive: The location was great. Fenced yard for our little dog was a plus. The bed was comfortable. Negative: Seating in living area could be better the futon/sofa was small and a little hard.
