Gracious host and great location made our short visit very pleasant.
Positive: It was a great location! An easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of room to park two cars.
Negative: It was not easy to find as the entrance to the property was down an alley type dirt road. However, the host provided detail directions to help find it.

Positive: Loved the location so close to the beach. We walked easily to shops, restaurants, the ocean.
Negative: Comfortable and met our needs but not a lot of extras.
